This should be, like, a cloaking button on the main DGIII.

Brilliant idea!!!!!!!! (and a new one)

Wow, now that would be a cool addition, but will it be possble? My guess is that you can't change the mesh of
something while it's in Orbiter.

No, you can't. But you can "destroy" the mesh and load another, which has the same effect. :)
I guess it's easy to programm. When the button is pressed once, it deletes the normal mesh and  loads the invisible mesh. When it's pressed the second time, it's the other way round.

Cheers,

McBrain

Methinks if it were made as a cloaking option, it should either eat up quite a bit of amps, fuel, or both. :)

We could also have a female computer voice saying "Cloaking device activated" or something like that.
Maybe a wierd Star Trek style sound effect as well. (Fizzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz....POP! Cloaking device activated)

The pilot gets very little privacy like that though. Anyone in a passing ship/station can see him, and I hope you can't see
inside the airlock from the outside, Reekchaa will be very disappointed. :)

I like it very much....the I......... DGIII !!!!!!

Off topic part

Euh........ excuse me but i have never been able to make your Meshviewer9 work...
It seems that it is impossible for Meshviewer to understand the "format" of Meshs files...
I tried to do two or three times....and stopped....
If you have time...could you explain............a little....

Thanks

Eh... I know what you mean. It was pointed to me few times. Looks like it "doesn't like" some people's configs (see M6 thread
for details). I believe it's a DLL compatibility problem. I hope to fix it in some new version, but it's not coming soon.

And, sorry, could you answer my question about ASV?

Thanks for your answer about meshviewer...
I found another way to view meshes...

Gmax and GmaxmshGrabber...but Gmax is an awful tool...

So I import meshes in Gmax...save them as 3DS, translate them with 3Dexplorer to a compatible format for
Blender...which is my favorite tool for making meshes... simple isn't it?

Hoped your meshviewer more simple...
I'll keep on going like this...
And wait... ;)

You really didn't see it......it is one of the stories presented ...
Your DG skin is the base ot this story..."A la recherche du DG invisible..."
Here it is...

Cheers
