First of all, the new OrbiterSound is fantastic. Incredible. Life-changing. You get the idea. Thanks :)

There's just one addition I keep thinking 'Wouldn't it be great if..'; I'd love to select one volume for music in the outside
view, and then a lower volume for inside. This technique is used in lots of films (eg music playing quietly in car interior,
then cut to an external shot and music playing loudly). Even better would be EAX support - As I understand it, EAX allows
hardware filters to be applied to the sound and simulate an environment. The effect in games like Half Life, Thief (You can
tell I've not played many new games in a while) :) is to really increase the immersiveness, since you can simulate a large or
small room - I've no idea what filters are being applied, but the effect is very convincing! Effects could also be applied to
the music - music being played in a a workhorse like the Dragonfly should surely be coming from tinny-sounding speakers :)

Just a suggestion in any case; OrbiterSound stands well enough as it is, but who can help wanting more of a good thing!

That's not a bad idea.... must think about it for OS 3.5

Adding an option something like "Full volume in external dampered in internal"

Thanks for suggestion

In the meantime ...

Headphones, with a volume control.

(Digital of course ... use the finger of your choice ... including the one you're waving at me.)   ;)
