Hello Folks,

I have corrected somes bugs and changed somes things
anyway I'll need a last test, sometime while clearing
bugs we introduce somes new one. If there is no bug
I'll release this version.

new:

now you have an option in the soundconfig if you want
that your playlist is shuffled each time you start a
mission.

You have also one more button "Previous Mp3" SHF-P
in the mp3 mfd usefull for large liste and I reworked
also the button on this mfd.

Thanks for trying and don't forget to post the log
if something's wrong. Please NO report about the beta 3000
try this one instead.

here's the link: http://www.dansteph.com/publie/divers/OrbiterSound4001.exe

Thanks for report even if it to say that all work nicelly.

Dan

Dan, I'd hate to be the spoilsport, but I can't get the Shift-N (Next) function to work.  All the other
buttons work fine, but when I hit Shift-N the only thing that happens is the MP3 restarts from the
beginning and plays over again.   :)

Dan,
v4000 works fine. The distortion of sound noted in scenarios with Jorge's New Eagle is resolved. The Eagles even
have the silence in space although it is an add-on from 031217. I do get delay distortion of the ambient sounds,
thrusters and voices in the stock DG or DG-S when in virtual cockpit and the framerate drops below 25 fps. I think it's
a function of my laptop specs. Once again Great work!! Thank you!!!

System specs:
Nvidia G-force2 with 32Mb video RAM, 1.0Gig PIII, 512Mb RAM, running WinXP Pro

Ben

 Downloading now!

Got it!  No problems with version OS4001.  I'd pack it up and ship it the way it is.    All the functions
work the way they should!

This really is beautiful, Dan.  4001 Works great.

Sorry I haven't been able to add much through the beta process, but DAMN you code fast.  :wor:
Were you considering a new MFD window for MP3s (maybe changing SHF-3) at some point when you filled the whole
window?  ;)  It works great as it is, but Now all we need is the ability to play MPGs, too!  ...'Nature' Videos for our
long, lonely nights up in orbit. ;)  hehehe... sorry, but I can't believe you made all us whiners for MP3s contented.

Dan,

I can't help but notice that the new version of Orbitersound does not include the countdown MFD.  Any plans to add
this v2.5 feature into the final version of v3.0?

Great work, BTW!
