help with the panels

i just saw someone say that you can't have all three panels in the cockpit at the same time, but how do you switch
between them? i can't seem to find the button/key for this. also, how many panels can you have at once? i really
need the upper and lower panels, but all thre is is the middle panel. why?

The keys are: Ctrl with the up or down arrow, depending on which panel you need/want to go to.

Depending on your resolution, you may also have to use the arrow keys (without ctrl) to reach the extremities of the panels.

Don't forget, if you're on the upper panel, ctrl - downarrow (twice) to reach bottom panel.  Seems obvious, but if it's not
stated ...
