IT's near completion but I still have a problem with a missing function
in the SDK, Martin promised to include it in the next Orbiter release.

So.. ?

Anyway how do you find my new forum design & feature?  :)

Dan, I'm just guessing here, but is it oapiCameraInternal you're looking for? This is quoting the API Reference manual
page 125:
"oapiCameraInternal
Synopsis: bool oapiCameraInternal (void)

Return value:
true indicates an internal camera mode, i.e the camera is located inside a vessel cockpit. In this case, the camera
target is always the currect focus object.
false indicates an external camera mode, i.e the camera points toward an object from outside. The camera
target may be a vessel, plante, spaceport etc.

I use oapiCameraInternal already but I need
to know if the camera is on ground or around the ship
an there is no function for that yet.

Around the ship I'll not compute the sonic bang nor the doppler effect
as in ground camera mode.

Now things works but as I don't have this function you have doppler
effect and sonic bang when you zoom to your ship in "follow mode"
camera. Innaceptable bug for a release.

I tried to detect myself wich mode have the camera based on the speed
but none work accurately. I tried also to reverse engeenering the
orbiter.exe but I cannot use that in a release.

Dan

But for those who can't wait (e.g. I :) ) you could release a preview with this "bugs" if you don't mind.

I would now like to point out to Dan that he released an ALPHA version of a spacecraft, a version that didn't even
include documentation :P

Orbitersound 3.0 wont be available until the new version of Orbiter comes out, so nobody knows.
And trust me, although Dan is a nice guy, he will not let you have it early. ;)

It's ready, but nobody can have it until the new Orbiter comes out for compatability reasons. The best we can get is
Orbitersound 2.5.

It is ready, but Orbiter allegedly isn't. And nobody knows when Orbiter is going to come out. :(
And don't ask, otherwise it will come out later and later, it's a rule we've discovered.

Brenton, calm down. He would not have asked if he had known that there is no release date.
