I understand that, doc. Only too well, and in this day and age there's so much information flying around you're at a small disadvantage if you choose not to partake in that media, and that gap will only increase in time.

Or, more to the point, in some cases, disinformation ...

The treaty brought back some memories. Would be nice if McBrain, Atom, Krytom, et al, would check in on this thread. Kind of bring the entire old clan back together wouldn't it?

Well, the treaty is still technically binding, and since Venus has been plundering much of the natural resources of their respective territories, I dunno... ;)

Jeez, did we have TOO much time back then (and by that I mean *me*). I can't believe I photoshopped this entire thing (logos excluded, obviously). My finest piece of diplomatic work so far :) Oh, and I do belive digital crests with encoded unique identifier data lalalala like the ones used by the distinguished delegates, will eventually become very fashionable.

*walks off feeling very smug and proud of himself*
:pfff:

Although if memory serves at one point we all declared war on each other, thus.. voiding the Treaty.

All hail the probe!

You realise of course my dear fellow this is simply a commercial...  Designed and paid for by a bank or some such institution.

I know that. The logo at the end kinda gave it away.

However, it's not false, and thus still an excellent shock tool to wake up people, I find.

In any case, I would love to get my hands on a copy of that summit picture with all of us. My data has been through several trips. My old PC, (which I bought and built new) has traveled from Chicago to Pearl Harbor to Arkansas. Neither of it's original HDDs survived, though it's still kicking! :)

Somewhere along the line I lost my copies of that (amongst other trivial data) And It irks me to not have it.  :(

Do you mean since 2006, or when you found Orbiter 2006?

International law prevents me to discuss the way in which we process our cheese.

Since orbiter 2006 came out in 06. I actually used 05 too, but I wasn't really part of the addon community at that point.

Nice.  I found Orbiter way back in 2009 I think it was.  Was thrilled to death to play it; even more so when Orbiter 2010 came out.
