shuttle fleet

i have some probs installing the shuttle fleet and its expansions pack and stuff
i dowloaded the shuttle fleet 4.1.5 at orbiterhangar (http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=3730)
the i installed some other stuff like the ksc high res add  but now it turned out i have no launch tower anymore and
my shuttle doesn't stand at then launch pad the i thought this will all be solved when i install the other addons like the
iss fleet etc.
but  that resulted in a CTD and then i think i did something really wrong because my orbiter didn't worked at all

so i guess i did some stuff wrong
i know i used to have a cool launch pad where you could control the launch tower etc butt nopw with all the updates i
need some help to start me up again

all i have is a clean orbiter with only the delta glider ass add o,n the sound and the ummu compatible


so what should be the correct installation of the shuttle fleet fully op to date?
and is there an order of what you should install?
