Venus Problem

After I downloaded and installed a Venus L9 texture deal it flashes when i Look at it. Here is the website http://www.setheden.com/LandSat/Maps/MapsIndex.htm.

The Level 9 texture is not for download there yet, only Level 8. Also I am not sure if the files are for the current Orbiter
version - did you check this first before installing it? If not, well, you need a new orbiter installation.

I meant level 8 but ok i'd rather not. Do you think if you typed down the Venus config file that would fix it?

No. And if you continue messing with your orbiter installation without a clue and without making backups, I recommend you to
drill reinstalling orbiter until you have a clue.

If you're really using a level9 texture and not in reality a level6 or level5 and telling us it's a 9.... maybe it's just that
your venus is not large enough or the texture is just to big for your venus. Try a smaller texture or look for a venus
enlarger ...
