I suppose everyone knows of how the tech-savy amongst us can use the Task Manager to work out which applications use how much
RAM and so on. I know, 'cause I do quite frequently. In fact, I use Process Explorer...

Anywho, does anyone know of a program that does the same, but for bandwidth (internet usage)? I've heard that there is one
for Vista, but I use XP.
