Sometimes yes, because some add-ons are not compatible with other add-ons. Also, make sure they are all made for
the version of Orbiter that you are using. I remember trying to install a Pluto and Charon add-on, but it was made for
the 2005 version of orbiter so I had to go and fix all of the .cfg files. And then it still didn't work!
