I've flown Endeavor to ISS using the STS-118 scenario several times now with varying degrees of success.  I've tried
flying the mission using the actual flight plan from NASA.  Following MECO, I burn prograde at apoapsis to circularize
my orbit (OMS-2 as per flightplan?).  By the time the NC-2 burn rolls around however, my Rinc is more than 1 degree.
The flightplan mentions nothing about any plane adjustments.  What am I doing wrong?  As I said, I have gotten to
the station using my own flight plan including that added NPC burn, but only after burning close to 75% of my fuel!
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Not getting much of a response on this.  Has anybody else used the STS-118 scenario?  You have to launch later than they did, or do an unplanned plane adjustment correct?
