Heinlein base for the Moon has a couple hangars but I don't remember how many are open to taxi into. There's also Edwards AFB
which has some hangars. Probably more but those are the two I can think of off the top of my head.

Galileo Station (for Europa) is one.

I know there's a couple others in the works.

One problem with hangars is that there's no way to light the inside properly.

The equitorial base addons have some. I know SRC- Space Polygon has three. Try them.
