When you land on Phobos, you have cargo pods.
There is no way to attach them.
Moving there is a bit hard, so a crane might help.
Also some tow vehicle could be useful to store ship inside hangar.

Can't help with the other stuff but tow vehicles are easy. Just use the Attachment MFD.
