More memory intensive- definitly.

Features??? Don't know. So many things are great about Orbiter, but also a great deal of very quirky bugs. Since Martin
releases Orbiter on his own good time, I will not pretend to believe I know what he is looking to do.

I wouldn't care to see too much more in Orbiter, but I would like to see greater stability, and greater ease of payload
attachment. Unfortunately, improvements will probably mean I won't be able to run it anymore since my PC is low-end.

Cheers,

"Sun Dog"

Unfortunately, that's the price of progress. Old systems must one day give way to new systems in order to serve the
greater good and improve performance.

There won't be an Orbiter 2007 edition: http://orbit.m6.net/Forum/default.aspx?g=posts&t=13786
The only change planned for it is the separation of the graphics engine and physics engine.

Should be. More freedom somewhat and probably better graphics at less risk if you have a good system. Also, just a
good step forward for Orbiter.

tritoch&melinda: Be lucky that i am not moderating here, otherwise i would have given both of you already a pause to calm down.

Also the standard Deltaglider in Orbiter will stay like it is for a while. No changes there.

and if you'll alow me to just mention a couple things fistly amybe better shuttle orbiter landing configuration
such as what is used by the realife ones, i.e. the typicle flight corrador in hud, any of the default shuttles using this.

"...flight corrador in hud..." If you mean the little diamond the shuttle follows on the HUD it is included in AutoFCS I
believe. AutoFCS is an addon that helps in shuttle reentry. It can do all of it or just give you the diamond and info to
follow.
