I figure out many of you already know about it.
I made a software called Surface Base Wizard which is available at www.orbithangar.com
It may not be the best software in the world, but it is very useful if you want to create surface bases with many objects.
And the idea was that it had to be better than notepad...
Comments? Opinions?

Very nice and useful tool !

It's better than any other similiar tools I've seen. I'm very happily using the current release.

Ok, do you have windows configured with dot as decimal symbol...
Have you read the troubleshooting that comes with the manual...

I've only just noticed the update... Downloading it now, so I'll let you know how it goes.

EDIT: Works just fine.. The tank texturing tool and the Building alignment tool are great...

Yeah, when you have inclined buildings, aligning buildings was a headache, too many vectors for a smooth city builder like
me...  too much for placing buildings next to each other, so I saw the need of automation.  I also added some coordinate
flipping in the object browser.  They take effect once you press apply.
