Hello...

I used the forum search but couldn't find anything for this.

I can get the MFD to load (in the background and on one of the displays).

I can also get the supplied Video Capture scenarios to run with scripting!

But I CANNOT, however many times I click the MFD start/stop buttons or use shift-B
and shift-E, get it to write any frames to it's directory (in the orbiter directory).

I hope this isn't going to be one of those DUH! DOH! moments.... :-(

I'm using the latest Orbiter....I have disk space and everything else works in
the simulator.

Any help appreciated!

OK...I got this.

The documentation is somewhat confusing as it gives the impression that you can load the
MFD and hit record.

There has to be an entry in the scenario script ! But it can be very simple, and you don't have to
mess with any of the automation commands.

BEGIN_MFD Right
  TYPE User
  MODE VideoCaptureMFD
  RENDER 24.0 1.0
END_MFD

The video frames will start beings saved (at 24 fps)and now you can use the MFD controls.
