DGIV and Atlantis are to small to place the SSBBs in orbit. I recommend Greg Burch's guppyized BSP with the Energia Addon.
You will need to create a spacecraft3 .ini file for any "piece" you put in orbit, and then change it back to it's native
config file with each subsequent launch (this sounds harder than it is, but RTFM and you will understand what I am talking
about). Once you have Vinka's latest Spacecraft3.dll, Burch's SSBBs and BSP packages, TX with equitorial bases and Energia,
you can create a scenario like this, and just adapt it as you go:

ENDIf it seems like a lot to learn, it really isn't. I figured out a way to build the stations in about 2 days of messing with
all of these packages. The worst thing is people think it sounds difficult, so they don't do it. Just refuse to succumb to
that and learn. That is one of the main purposes Dr. Schweiger made Orbiter for- to learn.
