Orbiter NASAF pack for all

[OKO NASAF]

Hi all
I created an orbiter pack for the NASAF.
The object of the NASAF is to fly all US manned space flight of history in multiplayer (with OMP and virtual controler)
So I built a package for everyone to have an instant and complete installation, with everything required for our flight.

But I suppose this pack could interest more people than only NASAF people ... so I post this here

How to install :
download these 2 files, decompress nasaf_b02.rar and put it where you want
(and you immediatly have a running orbiter)

once this done, decompress the Vmc_v2.rar
clic on setup.exe and install vmc on your orbiter main folder (root)
after the installation, patch the vmc (open the folder vmc_2a_patch include, then put message.ocx in the
orbiter/pages folder, and replace the older vmc.exe version with the new one.

I couldn't avoid the 2 parts installation.
I would have prefered to only decompress a file and to have immediatly a running and complete orbiter ... but vmc
need to have a specific windows installation so ...
anyway I hope this could save your time on your orbiter installation !

last thing, but important one :
once you've installed the vmc on your orbiter, DO NOT change the name of your orbiter folder and DO NOT move it to
another location.
If you do that, vmc won't work anymore, even if you reinstall it on the new location !!!
you will need, if you want to change your orbiter version or if you move the orbiter folder, to uninstall first vmc before
proceeding.
Well, it's easy when you know it, but will cause you lot of problem if you forget it (you couldn't use anymore vmc, but
everything else will work fine)

If you don't want to be annoyed by this, just don't install vmc, and only decompress the NASAF_02.rar for instant use.

But vmc is a very nice thing, and allow you not only to record your telemetry, but also allow you to connect to another
orbiter (online) and to watch the telemetry of any orbiter you connect with !!
and it even allow you to control the distant orbiter with remote control !
the perfect tool for capcom/flight director.
A really nice tool for MP flight, especially for realistic and multiplayer games, like the one we want to do with NASAF
(NASA Francophone)
