It might be because you have the old CSS from your cache, try to force refreshing...

You are on firefox ?

Force refreshing didn't work for me Dan. At home I'm on FireFox and will continue to be especially after what M$ did
with their latest "security patches" (I lost the ability to save html pages at a number of sites, and the reverse patch
offered by M$ did not work).

The boxes are a minor thing, though.

I made the same modif on my FsPassengers forum, one had
the same problem with firefox but for another user it worked.
Wich version of firefox do you have ?

Latest and greatest, Dan. I have FF on automatic update.

Because of the idiocy of M$ testing strategies (throw it out there, let the users do our testing for us), I do not
automatically update anything from M$. I wait for a while now until the news reports hit the fan.

Problem solved itself on other forum, user of firefox
that had "bad button" yesterday see it working now.

Well Dan, I finally cleaned out the FF cache and forced a refresh at home. While the border of the buttons is still a little
more obvious than with IE at work, I can live with it just fine.  No need to tweak it further IMO.
