I am looking for a MSD that would be able to have your ship come at a all stop. If any one can find this MSD, that would be
great. Thank you for your time.

I sure do love cruising through the asteroid feilds wrecklessly.

An "MSD"?

Since Orbiter is intended to simulate real life physics and gravitational mechanics, tell me how it would be possible to
achieve what you want? Not even a car can stop instantaneously.

The closest you can come to what you want to do, is to ensure that you are using very powerful engines, flip your craft to
point along your reverse route and blast like hell.

Still won't be instantaneous. But then, that is not what Orbiter is about.

I had some time ago a MFD I downloaded that had a "full stop" option, that's the worst thing to do in orbite because
of the time it takes :) (and the dact that you "might" decay your obrit :) )

really sry I can't remember the addon's name

Well, stopping absolutely is probably next to absolutely impossible.

BUT..

what you probably had in mind is the AttitudeMFD? It can stop your craft relative to other objects around you. I don't
have a link handy, but try searching www.orbithangar.com

You can completely stop. Everything else moves...then of course the general gravity of the area will add veliocity to you. I
did some experimenting with an MFD and found it rather amusing to stop, then watch the orbital velocity begin to increase.
