I'm not trying to seem horrible, but it is always you. Krytom did reserve this GUPT.

I hope he's not going to try and cause any trouble by opening his own GUPT, but let me tell you, from where I'm
standing (right next to him) he's not a very happy bunny. He is really quite annoyed, and he is EXTREMELY hard to
annoy (believe me, I've tried). He is a very calm person, when people don't do things like this.

And it's not the first time this has happened.

but BEWARE! 8o It has a record amount of posts and takes ages to fully load (quite long on ADSL too).

Grand Useless Post Thread was first thought of by me, but McBrain made the first one because I wanted to ask Dan first.

Now look what's happened! We're on number 7 now with hundereds of posts in the bag. None of them are as good
as the first one though. GUPT II was the one where we went mad on pictures (i.e. 56K beware):

Ah hell.. my browser closed and I lost 10 minutes of typing!

to make a long story short:

- I helped to influence mcbrain to create the first gupt (and want credit for that in the official transcript)

- I'm still mad that my gupt V was extremely short-lived because it went practically a day without posts

- I suggest the following rule be enacted and enforced by forum personnel:

the author of the current gupt (or majority vote of senior forum members) must acknowledge that the current
gupt is dead. At that point, the person who claimed the next one And was officially recognized by others
may create the next one at his (or her )leisure.

- I still claim gupt XII, and the prick that steals that from me will trigger the biggest flame war ever!* and that's not a
good thing.

- I officially warn brenton against his reckless gupt creating. you now have more gupt notches on your belt than any
of us individually. there ARE some of us with none, or only shortened gupts in their name. so
save some for the fishes dammit! And may God have mercy on your soul.







*I might be bluffing, but let's not assume, shall we? I'll still be mad though, and that ISN'T good.
