Well thanks for developing your positon.

But I do not agree with you.  But I speak too badly English to be able written a long text in your language. :(

And I respect your position.  The first moral value is not it not freedom? (thought, to express themselves, and act)

Greetings from the French forum     :)

Bye! :friend:

Write it in French, Aragörn. Most of us understand it reasonably well, to at least interpret for others :)

oh, and you don't agree with who?

Cheers,
Janez

Well, I still have my Stub... it pretty much had a listing of about 8 choices for president, with Nader not included here
in California.. Pres/Vice-pres listed together that you select with an Ink-blot pen.
Then, yes, senators and congressmen, followed by a few dozen local electees down to administrative law judges.
Then, the propositions, indian gaming tax, social programs (nothing on legalizing pot or same sex marriage), lots of
curiously stated, similar props that you aren't sure will benefit/harm the public at large.  But there wasn't really much
to support the democratic mythos this year, really.  I was hoping for a lot more important topics on my ballot.

Just to make it clear, it was a crappy little free webs site, nothing serious. A new serious site should soon be in
development, i hope.

You can't do that, I shall retaliate, by fading.

Due to technical difficulties, Atom's cool smooth fading sigi cannot be displayed. I will need to contact Krytom and use his webspace. This message was brought to you by AtomCo. Goodbye.

Say Free, what's that about not trusting doctors on holiday :)

Are you referring to ME in some bizzare way? :)

For the record, I wasn't on holiday, I was on training... Sales Psychology, so I have you ALL pegged now :) I know
what you think and I know you WILL buy my products :)

No, I wasn't actually refering to you, I was only trying to parody simon's sigi, and "doctors on holiday" was the first
thing that sprang to my mind after I thought of you.

It's (almost) like killing two birds with one stone! :)

hehe.

I thought less of the injuries, and more of the irony that the crane-truck fell into the water whilst performing it's duty.:)

I will say that those dummys should have paid more attention to their center of gravity. :) was it their first day?

Anyone know of a virus that switches off Norton's Auto-Protect thingy? And makes videos and games real jittery, basically it
kills the system, and slowly gets worse.

I know this sounds real whiney, but getting spat at on the bus, then coming home to a PC that won't work properly, it just
ruins an already bad day.

it doesn't sound whiney. but yeah. if you need help, I can try. what you need to do, is to update your virus definitions
to the most recent update, (ideally, manually and not let your PC "autoupdate" itself for you)

go here and download the update executable for your version of antivirus:

http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/defs.download.html

and do a full scan of your HD. generally, most virii hang out in the root directory, the windows directory, or
somewhere in the program files directory. I get lazy and impatient, and so scan only those while "on patrol" but if you
suspect something, then wait for the whole thing to come through.

(listen to me say "directory." :) windows uses folders. but alas, my days with dos dictate the habit.)

that's what I did with my computer when I got my scare just a few days ago, and I'll say that I came up with nothing,
so people can be a bit... paranoid... :)

I'm a power user, so I do get into a bit more than I can chew sometimes. but it's fun all the way around. I might even
suggest that you reinstall windows anyway. that way you get a fresh install without all the crap it tends to aquire
over the time we use it, which will remedy your problem even if a virus isn't at fault.

the only problem is most people don't want to go to the effort of doing something like that. (myself included, though I
won't avoid it if I think it's necessary.)

And just what is wrong with directory? I remember commands such as dir /s *.exe. DOS rocks!
