Hey Freespace, you ought to be careful. Your government will never stop thinking of new ways of harming the american people.
Have any of you seen that, President George .W. Bush.
I quote;
'The terrorists are smart and resourceful, so are we. They will never stop thinking of ways to harm the American people
niether will we.'
He won't be president for much longer saying stuff like that. Hehe.

Oh, the BBC..
I wouldn't have looked there, for sure.
Guess what? the american media covered this up.
I had known of the event, but not of that blunder.
Example.

No mention of that. It's the effect of a "free" press.
In truth, I bet most people don't like him because he blunders, it's because nobody knows he blunders.
Although I confess that you can find that info if you look harder. (I found one on it at yahoo) but It's clearly separated.

I'm not surprised that the American media covered it up, and I'm in the UK so I automatically get BBC.

Of course, atom, but I'm not, so I normally don't visit the sites, even though it would be a good idea.
Here's a story that I thought was interesting.

Hey McBrain,
actually as strange as it seems, I think the current president is actually a healthy thing for America. You cannot
appreciate a really good president, until you've had a really bad one. And I can't really say if any of them disgraced
America more?
So I hope they choose better next time and rebel if the choice is not followed, as it has happened before..
Cheers,

It wouldn't surprise me if the elections were canceled one day due to "terror alerts"
And people would care more about covering their houses with duct tape....

Don't remind me. I watched CNN a bit before I went to work. I usually get the creeps. And it was JUST European
edition, I'd wonder what it'd be like to actually see the American....
I wish someone could run a comparisson for me. American CNN, vs. European CNN, or maybe Fox News vs. BBC. I'm
sure the results would be intriguing...

True, it's not, but it's an acceptable abbreviation. Just as you would call a person by their first name, not their full
name.
