Title: I'd just like to say to Dansteph

Your DGII is AWESOME!  It is now about the only thing I fly!

But if I had a dollar every time I killed myself...

SUCH AS CABIN DEPRESSURISATION!!!
I'd have my pilots license GARAUNTEED when I turn 17!!!

Uh, it's a good idea to check that the airlock hatch is closed as part of your checklist. :) At least the
DG II isn't prone to the acceleration bug anymore. With that you'd get killed randomly every few
times you used your RCS thrusters.

Too right... close the airlock doors, make sure the nose cone is closed too, cabin pressure is ok,
etc...  Dan, the DGII is just plain awesome, and thanks for the onboard computers, makes things
alot easier and a bit more real too! No-one flies seat-of-the-pants, not with our modern
conveniences! You've refined the DGII to the point where, in my humble opinion, it ought to be the
default glider in Orbiter.

Yes...you have my vote too.

Is there anyway I can replace the default glider with the Mark 2 in ALL the scenarios that use a
glider?

Sure,

just replace in a scenario for example:


GL-01:DeltaGlider


by


GL-01:DeltaGliderII   (notice it's two capital " i " )


Load the scenario in Orbiter than save it (CTL-S)
the scenario saved will now contain all the DGII information.
