LANCEMENT Falcon 9 : SES 12

Cette mission impliquera le lancement du satellite SES-12 SES-12 (5,3 tonnes) sur une orbite de transfert géostationnaire (GTO) à partir du PAD SLC-40 de Cap Canaveral.

Lancement prévu le 31 mai 2018 à 04 H 29 TU

REPORT DU LANCEMENT AU Vendredi 1er juin 2018 à 04 H 29 TU

REPORT au Lundi 4 juin 2018 à 04 H 29 TU

L'étage 1040 ne sera pas récupéré, car SpaceX élimine actuellement les anciens boosters Block IV en vue de l'augmentation prochaine des lancements et des atterrissages avec le Block V.

Le premier étage Block IV de la Falcon 9 est l'étage réutilisé N° 1040.2 qui a précédemment servi sur la mission OTV-5 : Lancement de l'avion spatial militaire X37B le 7 septembre 2017.

Airbus Defence and Space va construire le satellite SES-12

"...SES-12 est un très grand satellite entièrement électrique avec 19kw d'énergie électrique combinant les deux transpondeurs à large bande en bande Ku pour la diffusion DTH et les faisceaux ponctuels de bande Ku / Ka pour les applications à large bande HTS. Il dispose d'un total de 68 transpondeurs en bande Ku et 8 en bande Ka. La charge utile HTS utilisera 70 faisceaux ponctuels en bande Ku et 11 en bande Ka pour fournir une capacité de 14 GHz pouvant être configurée avec un processeur numérique transparent (DTP), qui offre une flexibilité accrue ainsi qu'une capacité anti-brouillage accrue..."

Airbus rapporte que SES-12, est le plus grand satellite de télécommunications entièrement électrique.

La mission de SES-12
Le satellite SES-12 élargira les capacités de SES à fournir des services de diffusion directe par satellite, VSAT, mobilité et satellite à haut débit (HTS) au Moyen-Orient et dans la région Asie-Pacifique, y compris des marchés en expansion rapide. comme l'Inde et l'Indonésie. Le satellite remplacera NSS-6 à cet endroit et sera co-localisé avec SES-8. SES-12 est capable de répondre aux besoins de plusieurs marchés verticaux allant de Chypre à l'Ouest au Japon à l'Est et de la Russie au Nord à l'Australie au Sud.

TEST STATIQUE A EU LIEU
Le 25 mai 2018 à 01 H 30 TU


Le noyau 1040 a été remis à neuf dans l'installation LZ-1 vers la fin de 2017 et au début de 2018. Après la remise à neuf, le noyau 1040 a été déplacé à l'installation d'intégration horizontale (HIF) au SLC-40 pour commencer les préparatifs de la mission SES-12, y compris l'accouplement à la force et l'intégration de la deuxième étage.

Après que le noyau 1040 ai effectué son test statique, il sera ensuite réintégré dans le HIF, où le carénage de la charge utile - contenant le satellite SES-12 - sera fixé au sommet du deuxième étage. Il sera ensuite déployé sur la rampe de lancement pour les derniers préparatifs avant le lancement.

M1465 lancement SES-12 les zones à risque en fonction des NOTAM.

L'emplacement de la zone B (orange) pour l'amerrissage / l'atterrissage du carénage est maintenant exceptionnellement septentrional par rapport aux autres missions de la GTO.

Le navire "GO PURSUIT" de la flotte de SpaceX a pris la mer est se dirige vers la zone de récupération "Eventuelle" des 1/2 coiffes.

La Météo pour le lancement de Falcon9 depuis Cap Canaveral tôt lundi c'est amélioré à 70%.
La fenêtre de lancement de SES12 s'ouvre pendant quatre heures à 0029 ET (04H29 UTC).

Après une phase de lancement réussie via Falcon 9 (+ B1040.2).
Les contrôles de communication et de santé du satellite confirment le plein succès pour SES-12.

Le propriétaire @SES_Satellites confirme l'acquisition du signal pour SES-12. Succès de la mission Falcon 9 pour @SpaceX. Sat sera déplacé à 95degE et déploiera ses huit antennes.

"GoPursuit" est rentré à Port Canaveral avec une moitié de carénage intact, récupéré dans l'océan pendant la mission SES-12.
