NROL47 sera lancé à partir du Space Launch Complex-6 à la base aérienne de Vandenberg.
(Lancement prévu 11 janvier 2018 22h54 Heure de Paris)

"...NROL-47, avec un certain degré de certitude, est le cinquième satellite FIA-Radar exploité dans le cadre du programme Future Imagery Architecture du United States National Reconnaissance Office.
En orbite autour de la Terre sur une orbite rétrograde caractéristique, les satellites Radar de la FIA sont chargés de la collecte d'images de tous les temps, jour et nuit, pour distribution et analyse par diverses agences de renseignement..."

Mais bon dans le spatiale vous savez bien qu'il n'y a pas de place pour l’approximation donc c'est GO où c'est NO GO  :badfinger:

Donc après le nouvel arrêt du compte à rebours, à L -27 Sec   :zen:

Le lancement a été reporté au vendredi 12 janvier 2018 à 21 H 00 TU.
Les prévisions sont de 90% de conditions météorologiques favorables.

T + 3 minutes. Altitude 113 kilomètres, vitesse 2 414 mètres par seconde, distance de 101 kilomètres.

Les deux moitiés de carénage ont été larguées, exposant la charge utile NROL-47 au vide de l'espace. La webdiffusion en cours de clôture même si nous sommes encore dans la première partie alimentée.

L'équipe Vandenberg a lancé avec succès une fusée Delta IV United Launch Alliance (ULA) transportant une charge utile de National Reconnaissance Office de Space Launch Complex-6 à Vandenberg Air Force Base, CA le vendredi 12 janvier 2018 à 14h11 HNP.

Le colonel Greg WOOD, commandant adjoint de l'Escadre spatiale, était le commandant du lancement spatial.

"...«Ce fut un lancement incroyablement important pour la 30e Escadre spatiale et nos partenaires de mission», a déclaré Wood. Toute l'équipe - la 30e Escadre spatiale, le Bureau de reconnaissance nationale, United Launch Alliance et d'autres - a travaillé main dans la main pour s'assurer que ce lancement soit sécuritaire et couronné de succès.

Ce satellite a été lancé à bord d'un véhicule de lancement évolutif Delta IV Medium (5,2). Établi par l'US Air Force, le programme EELV offre un accès garanti à l'espace pour le ministère de la Défense et d'autres organismes gouvernementaux..."

NROL47 est le premier des deux lancements de NRO prévus pour 2018.
