how do update orbiter sep '05 to 'sep 06, i have may '06 installed but  part 1 of the 3prt is the still 05 which is older
and of course not all scenerios work correctly.could it possible to just download 2 and 3 to the may '06 version?

Normally you shouldn't update; just download the new files, and do a fresh install.
